As President of R S Bonding & Insurance Agency, Inc., Randall R. Spohn manages all aspects of providing bonds for Public Works Contractors.
Randall has over 31 years in the surety industry, with 13 years on the Underwriting side, holding underwriting and management positions at Safeco Insurance Company, Kemper Insurance Company, Reliance Surety Company, and Pacific States Casualty Company. The past 18 years have been devoted to the Agency side serving the Southern California Construction Community, and providing Contractors with improved bond programs.
Randall’s strong background and relationships with Bonding Companies allows him to better serve his clients, and provide aggressive bond programs and rates. His focus of being strictly a Surety bond agent allows him to provide solutions to a wide variety of surety bond challenges. His firm’s exclusive in house underwriting authority allows him to quickly and efficiently provide bonds to start up, hard to place, and environmental contractors, as well as special programs for 8A Contactors.
